Eligibility for Return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items:
Used, damaged, or customized products.
Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
In case of defective or incorrect products,
Tivano will arrange for free replacement or refund after verification.
For smooth processing, always keep your original receipt and product packaging intact.
